Introducing the Stress, Resilience and Wellbeing Program, thoughtfully crafted by Psychologist Dayle Johnson (BSc, MSc, PsyBA General, M.A.P.S).

 

This distinctive program caters to specific needs:

  • NDIS Participants - Acquire strategies and techniques to minimise stress and boost resilience.

  • Carers - Equip yourself with essential tools to navigate the challenges of caregiving and learn strategies that will support you in your role.

  • Support Workers - Learn to manage stress and build resilience whilst caring for people with disabilities.

  • Allied Health Professionals - Discover ways to handle stress, enhance resilience and gain strategies to share with your clients.

What to Expect:

Going beyond typical training, this program explores the nuances of personal wellbeing, fostering a holistic approach to caregiving and cultivating inner resilience. Under Dayle Johnson's guidance, participants will gain valuable insights into stress relief techniques, resilience-building strategies and methods to enhance personal productivity.

Who is Dayle Johnson?

Dayle Johnson graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology from Leeds Trinity University, UK, and later completed a Master of Science from Teesside University, UK, in 2016. Dayle made the jump from the UK to Australia in 2017, and now lives and practices in beautiful Geelong, Victoria.

During that time, Dayle discovered a real passion for helping people in group and one-on-one settings, tackling all sorts of issues. Dayle is all about supporting people with disabilities, their carers and those working in the disability industry. He's the brain behind the Stress, Resilience and Wellbeing Program. Dayle's philosophy? Therapy should be flexible and fit the person's situation, background and potential.
